Recruitment and Internal Succession Process Review
This project was across the entire business and focused on ensuring that the business had a consistent understanding of what good looked like for them and how to assess against it. In order to assess this, we carried out a 2-day scoping research project which then provided them with a detailed assessment of what we advised should be their next steps. We worked closely with the HR team.
The project was then developed to assess the current management population against the newly defined competencies to understand the benchmark and we worked closely with the L&D team to develop a training scheme for managers after evaluating their ability.
Overview
